Our pet puppies are now available for $3000 for all colors except sables which are $3400, this is subject to change. Please check out our Sales Contract. By purchasing a dog from us you are attesting to have read the contract and agreeing to its content. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have after reading the contract or when and how you would like it provided to you. A copy will be signed by all parties when puppy is purchased.

When you have chosen your puppy or dog and we have approved your home, a non refundable deposit of $200 will be due immediately to hold the dog if you cannot take him home that day. The balance would be due within a weeks time. This should be long enough to get the balance to us and make arrangements for pick up or delivery. This initial amount is deducted from the original price/total amount due and is meant as "good faith" for the final purchase. This will pertain to puppies of any age. If after placing the deposit the buyer does not follow through with the purchase of the dog within a weeks time, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you need us to keep your puppy or dog for an additional period of time before you can take him/her home ie, you are going on vacation, getting a fence finished, etc. We can keep the dog for up to 2 weeks at no charge provided that the dog is paid for in full by 8 weeks or if older than 8 weeks; when arrangements are made. This is provided on room and time available. Any additional days spent with us past two weeks will be charged $20 a day board and must be paid in full before taking delivery of dog. If the purchaser does not come back for the dog after 20 days from agreed upon time and no further agreements have been made the dog may be resold.

All puppies/dogs will come up-to-date on shots and if old enough on Iverhart Plus, Revolution, Heartguard or Interceptor Plus for heartworm prevention and Frontline or Advantage for flea and tick prevention. All dogs have had dew claws removed shortly after birth and are raised in our home with our 2 children, where they are held constantly and accustomed to familiar noises. We take great pride in their health and happiness and feel that you will clearly see it when you meet them. When we place our puppies much thought and years of experience has gone into the proper breedings to produce the best possible puppies and then great care in finding them the best possible homes. All dogs will leave with a packet of information, AKC registration form, health certificate with shot records, micro-chip and registration info, vet check, signed contract, food, and familiar toy. We are here at any time to answer your questions before and after you take your new family member home.
